You can download a Rental Application in pdf form and mail it to the address listed below. A $20.00 per person application fee required. This fee is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are applying for a specific apartment (Example: 300 Braund Street # 8) a charge of $100.00 per applicant earnest money is required. This is applied towards the Security Deposit if accepted. It is returned if application is rejected.
