We consider an emergency to be lack of heat during the cold months or an electrical outage throughout the whole apartment. We do not consider lack of air conditioning or lack of hot water to be an emergency. Please contact us immediately about any emergency repairs. For non-emergency repairs, please leave a message and we will take care of it as soon as we are in our office during normal business hours.
